Louise Gohr (CEO)

B Ed (Hons), NPQH, Level 7 Executive Coaching Certificate. Louise has been a teacher, a Deputy Headteacher and most recently a Headteacher for over ten years. During her career, she has worked for the Local Authority as a Primary Strategy Literacy Consultant supporting and developing teaching and learning. She has worked as an STA moderator for the last four years. Louise is currently working with the Local Authority on a number of initiatives related to improving the quality of education for young people.

She has been CEO of Chancery Trust since 2020 and is passionate about growing our family of schools and doing the best for ALL pupils with the trust.

Yvonne Hilditch (Chief Financial Officer, CFO)

Yvonne is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA). Prior to becoming a School Business Manager, she worked as an auditor in a top 10 accounting firm.  Yvonne has worked as a Financial Accountant, School Business Manager and CFO in education for the last 25 years, and has experience of primary school and FE colleges.

She supported the initial conversion to an academy trust and now supports the CEO and school finance teams with all financial operations and strategic oversight.

Julie Richardson (Onboarding and School Business Manager Lead)

Julie has worked as a School Business Manager for over 15 years, and has experience in both Maintained and Academy Primary schools. She holds a certificate in School Business Management which she achieved in 2008.

Her role within Chancery Multi Academy Trust includes onboarding new schools, looking at office efficiencies and procedures within the trust, procurement and contracts and making sure every school is receiving best value. Julie is also responsible for running School Business Manager network meetings, Site Manager meetings and external training liaison.

Jenny Whiston (Governance & Compliance Lead)

Jenny has worked as a School Business Manager for 15 years, and has experience of primary, secondary and special schools, both maintained and academies.

She is currently responsible for governance and compliance across the trust. Having previously performed the role of Clerk and Company Secretary, she has strong knowledge of MAT governance and what is required to conform with statutory and regulatory obligations.

She believes firmly in continuous improvement and holds qualifications in School Business Management, Health & Safety, Human Resources and Governance.
